It took some getting used to, using the touch screen, but once I played with it enough. I fell in love with it! And it keeps getting better with the upgrades!

I was very excited about buying the BlackBerry Storm, however after I had the phone for a few days the phone started freezing up and shutting itself off constantly. I was able to find a program to download to help with the situation. The touch screen is nice but if you're looking for a phone that is easy to text with this is not your phone. When touching one part of the screen the mouse clicks on the opposite side of what you're wanting to open. You get signal everywhere and it hasn't dropped a call yet. The battery life is a lot better than my previous phone. In all, this is a good phone to have once you fix all of the initial problems. Also, the unlimited Internet is definitely worth the extra thirty dollars a month.

The phone is great, but sort of difficult to navigate. Had to contact customer service on more than one occasion. I am learning and I love the phone for business. I plan to order another for my business partner real soon.

I love the BlackBerry Storm, it's definitely my type of phone. Most people find it a little complicating with the touchscreen. People say they don't really like the whole screen being pushed in. But, I love it personally.
I think it can give the iPhone and LG Dare a run for their money.

I like the phone, but I do a lot of conference calls and the phone does not make it easy to add another participant. It is even more difficult to end one of the callers.

Initially I had a problem with my calendar, which Verizon Wireless could not resolve. They originally blamed it on Microsoft, but finally, I was linked with Blackberry who sorted the problem out with me after about 3 hours on the telephone

This phone leaves a little to be desired. It has a great look and I chose it for the integration of music and video, however the phone itself is not the best. I have had to perform a hard reset almost every day as it will often become unresponsive. I also have had the phone "reboot" for no known reason. The other big annoyance is the mute function. On the screen during a call you have a button that will allow you to mute the call. The problem with this is often you will bump it on your cheek during a call and wind up muted and not knowing it. Also once you mute with the onscreen you cannot unmute the same way. You have to use the mute / unmute button on top of the phone.

The BlackBerry Storm is a great phone and Verizon Wireless has great call quality. Battery life is not the greatest. I am constantly having to keep charging it.

I have really enjoyed the new BlackBerry Storm. I had the 7100i with Nextel and this blows it away. My only complaint is there is a limit to the amount of space you can use for texting. If you don't fit it all in you have to end or continue on another text, a second one that is. Also the screen does not always change when you move the phone horizontal or vertical.

The BlackBerry Storm is an awesome phone. The features are better than I anticipated. The only down side to the phone is the battery life. I would recommend to anyone that buys this phone to invest in an additional battery with charger.

I have had the BlackBerry Storm for 5 days and I am ready to throw it in front of a moving semi truck. The first day I had it, I loved it. Well all has changed. First of all, I am a college student so I am always on the go so I don't have time to always be plugging my phone in. My boyfriend has the BlackBerry Curve and his battery lasts for 2-3 days. The battery for the Storm only lasts about 8 hours, even without frequent use. The design is okay, but sort of cheap. Light shows through on the bottom buttons. Also, I have not been able to pick up one call. My phone will ring and it will show who is calling, but when I press the send button, my phone freezes. It's becoming very annoying and frustrating. When switching between applications, the phone becomes moody. Sometimes I have no problem switching between the navigation and internet or games. But, most of the time it is slow. I think that this phone was designed alright, in terms of the applications. I love the navigation app in terms of the weather and local search and things like that, but what is the point if it takes forever to work or freezes up. I believe I am going to get rid of this phone and replace it for the LG dare. That is what I was going to get originally before I saw the Storm. I should have gone with my first instinct.

The new blackberry storm is the best. I've only had it for two days and so far I love it. I learned it very quickly and It's quite a handy tool. I will enjoy this Storm until it dies down.
