Terrible coverage, Is my wife's phone, she gets dropped at home at the office. The battery seems to last only about a day.

I got this phone about a month ago and I love it. However the texting is hard for me. My hands are bigger and it takes me longer to text correctly. But the phone is the coolest.

I knew the battery life on the Samsung Instinct was a little suspect when each phone comes with an additional battery and charger. The batteries are easy to change so it isn't really that big of a problem. Everything else about the phone is very good.

The Samsung Instinct has good qualities as well as bad qualities. I like that the internet goes pretty fast. I love the visible voicemail. That fact that I can upload pics to the internet is pretty cool too. However, I don't like that the camera doesn't have flash or zoom. I also don't like 3 way caller method. This phone is not quite what I expected, but it is exceptional.

I tried an iPhone for thirty days and then switched to the Samsung Instinct. The iPhone surfs the web better, but was lousy at being a regular phone. Additionally, I love sending picture messages on the Instinct. The Instinct is a good basic phone, answer emails, and stays connected through social networking. I am very happy with the phone.

I love my Samsung Instinct. It works very well. TV Video freezes occasionally, but I'm in electronics and this happens with this technology and will until future technology corrects it. It's still very good. The photos are unbelievable. I just wish it had flash and zoom, but still very good. Internet speed is very fast. The GPS is incredible. What a phone. Found Sprint Customer Service to be awesome so far. I could be happier, but not much. I'm very satisfied.

The Samsung Instinct is excellent as it brings together all uses of the technologies available. The battery gets me through one day, but the little pod and extra battery make it all work very easily.

I replaced my new Palm Centro with the Samsung Instinct. I've had my Pink Samsung Instinct for three days and I really like this phone. It's easy to use and nicely designed, although I wish that the battery cover was metal instead of plastic. I work at a local hospital and everyone has been saying how cool my Instinct is and how they like the design. I also have the Sprint Everything Data Plan which incorporates use of the phone, web browsing, TV, and radio. The web quality isn't the best and is choppy at times, but it will suffice. Hopefully Sprint will have some new software updates or applications to help with that issue. Overall, I like my new Instinct.

The Samsung Instinct is my first smartphone. Fun, easy to use, and nice hand held entertainment and access to information. I no longer have internet access at home so its a decent fill in, though some websites will not work, like posting on craigslist. It has some limits. Can't copy and paste, edit photos, or watch video attachments. I haven't found any real apps to download. Everything is for iPhone, but I'm paying a lot less with Sprint's unlimited access. I love being alerted to my incoming emails and having regular access to Myspace and Google. I have more channel on the phone than with my basic cable and the radio channels are nice. I did manage to get a scratch on the screen already, I think from wiping it. I would recommend this phone for basic users.

I have the Samsung Instinct, and the phone is terrific, easy to use, and definitely very chic. I have the Sprint Simply Everything Plan which incorporates use of the phone, web browsing, TV, and radio. The cost is very reasonable for all the services I am getting and the quality and clarity of service is great. I can't say enough. I had T-Mobile for six years and moved recently. When I moved I could not get any phone service from my phone. Every time I went to use my phone from my house I would get a message saying "emergency services only." I talked to T-Mobile so many times, and they really did not care. I then decided to buy a new phone, the Instinct, and when I did, I checked with Sprint and they showed good service in my area. Needless to say, it's great and I wouldn't trade my phone or my service for any others.

The Samsung Instinct is the best. It is very easy to use and enjoy. The camara takes great photos & can store a huge amount of video. It is so simple to send video and photos to e-mail, myspace, friends and family. Texting is incredible on the large, touchscreen keyboard. I highly recommend this phone.
